How was your dealer experience?

Hi everyone - I wanted to start a new thread where we could discuss unbiased, honest dealer reviews. Let's go by honor system and dealers on the forum please refrain from posting your self praise.

I am still waiting for my car to arrive at my dealer and will fully certify when my car has been picked up and all formalities completed.

But so far... My dealer experience has been great. I think the sales manager David has been a thorough professional and very fair. I obviously expect him to make money as well (it's his job after all ) but even with a last minute change I requested he helped me through it. He has patiently and professionally answered all my questions. So, so far so good. He is in Akron btw.

What have been other good experiences?
