Request: Remove Roof Railings

Hey all,

I am looking to remove the roof railings on the top of my 125i, and i was just wondering if could get any tips as to how i can remove them? from a bit of searching the best i could find was just "pop them out with a plastic tool."

I want wrap the top of my roof in glossy black or maybe CF vinyl (opinions?) and have heard its better to remove the railings and do them individually to make it last better. Thanks!

They're just held on by some clips. Some times it's easiest to lift one of the roof rack access covers and use that to pull them out. Try a little side to side pulling and they'll pop right out. Easiest to start close to an end because there are less clips there.
