Battery maintenance

Just wanted to know if its okay to connect a Ctek battery conditioner directly to the terminals of the battery whilst connected to the car or should they be connected to the points underneath the hood/bonnet. Could damage occur to the electronics on the car if connected directly to the battery terminals whilst connected to the car?

will be fine either way, easier under the bonnet though & there is a cut out at side of bonnet so you can run cables out & close bonnet & put alarm on

Ah! Had a quick look under the bonnet, where are the terminals for the crocodile clips?

Garage List
Just my 2 cents. I store my car each winter with a connected battery minder under the hood. My choice to connect under the hood is based on not wanting to circumvent any battery protection that may be provided by design.
