Contract question

Proud new owner of an 09 135 msport. Everything about the vehicle and the purchase has impressed me. In the dealers' rush to make the sale, they specified brakes all around before they had actually CPO'd the vehicle. Turns out, the brakes and the rest of the vehicle are in better shape than I'd first thought. Here's my question. Since the sales contract specified new brakes...should I request something in lieu of them? I'm completely satisfied with the vehicle and the price so, should I chill or ask for something? Any thoughts?

Have them put new brakes on. Just wait until you price out a brake job, you will change your tune. Front axle ~$850, rear ~$600.

Thanks for your input. I'm still glowing from the first day of driving but, a contract's still a contract.
