Mars Performance Bars

Anyone fitted or seen one of the Mars Performance "1M Style" front or rear bars for E82/ E88 models?

They seem like a good buy and i'd prefer local support to some random E-Bayer. Surely someone has tried their products already?

the bumper kits are usually good, i have a friend who bought the whole e36 m3 kit and it fit nice and snug
the electronics on the other hand (headlights tail lights etc), i would not touch - they look shockingly ugly and are probably shockingly unreliable

also, prepare for the worst communication and service - they're a bunch of chinese people who don't speak english, very rude and uninformative

I have the front 1M bar from them. fits perfect. Going to get the rear bar soon.

I have both their bars, fit is perfect - no issues, although the front bar has 2 different sizes, the one with the foglights drops much lower.

Thanks!!! If you have any photos of your beasts it would be awesome - i note some of the pics on their website are of actual 1M's, not E8x's with the 1M bar.

Do you know if the rear bar accepts "standard" diffusers? I assume it does but you never know...

I'm assuming their rear diffusers are only compatible with their own rear bumpers

Seen the front bar and the fitment was pretty good actually. Really makes the front end look a lot tougher!

hmmm ok. i was considering getting them to install and paint as well.. maybe i should find a good body shop instead if their service is rubbish.

Wheels are M3 replicas - 19x8.5 / 9.5 offset not sure

Tyres are eagle F1

225/19/35 front
255/19/30 rear

I've been wanting to see a MARS bumper fitted for a long time! Never really trusted them on just eBay alone. How true are the bumpers in terms of the other replicas?
