Please help identify manifold -is it a DISA?
Found an intake manifold from what I am told I is an n51 engine off an 08 or 09 328i X drive. Is this the real thing? It doesn't look quite like what I expected.

yes , clean it god with dish soap and rinsing, after you take it apart COMPLETELY.

FWIW i didn't clean mine at all. It had minimal oil residue in it and my stock manifold(with about 45k miles on it) had substantially more oil in it. Oil gets into the intake manifold over time anyway. That being said cleaning it is never a bad thing, I am just a lazy man.
