Anyone on the Integrity?

I'm on and it's expected to hit Charleston, SC port on April 28th (damn slow ships).

Yep, I just got the info from the website, my new 330i is also on the INTEGRITY. Seems like a long wait, but surely worth it!

Yep. I was hoping my 330i got on the Philadelphia Express which left Bremerhaven the same day the INTEGRITY left, but the P.Express goes direct to Charleston and gets in to port on the 19th. Oh well. What sucks is that I've got to wait another two weeks after the ship docks before I get the car. I pick it up at the Performance Center on May 10th.

The INTEGRITY can now be tracked on sailwx.info. It seems to be averaging about 100 miles every 6 hours but it's picking up steam. Just in the last update at 0600 hours on April 16th it gained 12 knots from the last update. It's at 26 knots as of its last update and should hit a maximum cruising speed of around 38 knots, or roughly 40 miles per hour. Can't wait!

My wife thinks I'm nuts....but the kids thinks it's cool!

I was showing the tracking info this morning, about a 5th of the way across the Atlantic, and my wife rolled her eyes. Not to be dismayed I was able to use it as a lesson in geography for the kids. They wanted more pictures than the "red" tracking dots.

Anyone have pictures of the Integrity (or similar) that include the cars rolling off the ship? It would help me garner they're attention on the subject again.

Sorry, I searched googled and couldn't find anything.

But to my calculations, INTEGRITY should be arriving a day early in port on April 22nd instead of the 23rd. That's because it's averaging about 20 miles per hour, or 500 miles per 24 hours (1 day), and it has roughly 2300 miles left until it hits New York. Therefore, about 4.6 days. Or 5 days including the reduced speed when it nears port. Which would mean it will be docking in Charleston on April 27th! :rocks:

I just checked the Wallenius Wilhelmsen schedule for the Integrity, and sure enough... you're right. They updated the schedule to show the Integrity arriving in NY (Port Bayonne, NJ) this Saturday, a day ahead of schedule.

Heh, that's cool that I actually got that calculation right. I had a feeling the ship would be pulling in a day early. The only problem is, now everything else is set back further by 2 days for some reason. The INTEGRITY was suppose to be pulling into port in Baltimore and then leaving the same day but now it shows it staying for TWO DAYS! Likewise, it shows the ship staying in New York for two days when it was only planned for one.

What in the hell is going on here?

Just about 250 miles off the cost of New York now! And, according to my calculations, the INTEGRITY should be arriving in port at Charleston on April 27th. Two days before it notes on the shippers website. Trust me on this one. It will get into Charleston on April 27th, not April 29th.

Just watch.

Same here. Good news is that the Integrity leaves New York in a couple of hours. Then it's on its way to Baltimore and then finally sails to Charleston! :rocks:
