I'm proably in your boat, my reasons are...

1) My `03 330i ZHP is still an awesome car...

2) My job is kinda shaky right now, I hate it, and if I decide to quit and go back to school, its dooable with the ZHP, not with a new 1er...

3) Its almost time to move. They are negotiating building a walmart near my house, I need to get out before its too late...

I got my die-cast 1/87 scale yesterday. It only took one day! It's a nice black 135i with a tan interior. If only I could make it grow 87 times larger. I know that won't happen so I went to the dealer and ordered the real thing. Black Saphire Metallic with a terra cotta interior. In the mean time I look at the scale model and dream of what will be.
