As said, it's generally worth what someone will pay for it, which with cars like these, is often quite a bit.
I just paid £41k for a top spec low miler. That's pretty much top dollar in the UK. Lesser examples can be had for as little as £35k but, to me, this car was worth the premium, so I paid it. Obviously the numbers here don't really apply to the US, but I imagine the principle is the same. |

I have been casually following prices.
I was in contact with 3 buyers who paid under $50K ($48K and up for stock, low mileage, pristine), but that was a while back (six months?). The prices have almost appeared to go back up a bit (due to spring?), so $53K to $55K seems to be the average lately. (One of the for sale ads on here just lowered the asking price from $58K to $55K -- I bet he now finds a buyer). The problem is you can't really go off asking price, you need to find the buyer and ask what he paid. I would love to see a site like http://www.mcoupebuyersguide.com/ for the 1M. |

I'd say $55k for 5k miles isnt cheap nor a gouge. Just about right... and yes it seems the 1M prices have jumped up a bit in the past few months. Cars with 12k miles going for $52-3 etc.

US price seems to be cheaper than Canada then. There are 220 1M in Canada and one VO with 9700km (5900miles) fully loaded was sold for $67,000 Cdn. about a month ago in Vancouver.

US prices will always be cheaper than Cdn, as the original MSRPs in the US were less. This applies to virtually all vehicles.

Exactly. Nor will there ever be. Oh they'll be something close, but it'll be mass produced.
