I'm not quite sure I get this question.

I assume it's the same as any other E82 rear seat delete where you lift up the bottom cushion and then take your tools to the backrest to remove it.

You'll save about 25kgs and it doesn't look horrible because there's insulation/carpet to cover the bare metal. There's some wiring that will be exposed but I just used black electrical tape it hide it all. Looks good.

some cars have specially made "delete" kits made out of light weight materials to smooth out the rear section of the car

IND has one for the m3

You must have it custom made it, I suggest visiting a reputable upholstery shop and asking to do a rear seat delete/rear close out in Alcantara. You should try going GT2 look.

It should be the same as any other e82.

There's a thread in the DIY section about making your own box to clean up the seat delete.

Lol holy shit haven't seen anything like that before. To be honest if you remove the seats it doesn't look bad at all due to the insulation and carpets. I'm not sure it would be necessary to purchase something like that to 'smooth' it out.

I'm assuming you wont just take out the rear seats without fitting a cage of some sort...?
Weight savings from the rear seats is about 25kg like stated above. I had mine done custom by a shop - havent heard of a rear seat delete "kit" around here...

It's all relevant. A car on the street will feel little to no different than the same car with the rear seats deleted.

The real benefit of deleting the seats is for the track. Deleting the seats allows you to run a harness bar which in combination of harness and seats will absolutely change the car.

Ha. I missed a few o's also. Should have been doo doo. Let this be a public service announcement to others. Do not post on a public forum after you have been drinking heavily. Regardless, that carbon piece looks awful.
