AW 1M with Black-line vs Stock Tail Light Comparison

Installed the black-line taillights today on my 1M.. take a look at the difference:

- Inside: The Black-Line tail lights (Left) are black, STOCK (Right) are white.

- Stock Tails Left / Black-Line Right
- Overall assembly has a light tinted look, bottom strip is slightly darker, the inside of the lights have a darker background, and the top lining is solid black with the LED dotted lights slightly darker.

Hope this helps you guys who were on the fence. I'm fairly satisfied!

the black lines look really good on alpine white! Anyone know if the Schmiedmann price of $307 is for a pair of taillights or for each?

My wife was like ok another set of tail lights with a bit of tint while they sat in the house,following fitting she said good buy, looks great.....

We can sort that mate if you want to come up to mine one weekend, we can swap mine over for you to have a look at, they take all of minutes to fit.......

Is this an OEM part? If so does anybody have the part number? This is much cleaner than my current light tinted reverse strip setup

the Xenon one is the right price which is $304. The 63-21-2-225-381 only cost $233.

which one fits the 1M?

My dealer has quoted me £265 GBP.

I have Adaptives as well as Xenons.

63-21-2-225-282 is the correct Part# for the BMW 1M (we have Adaptive + Xenon)

63-21-2-225-381 is for BMW 1's without Adaptive + Xenon headlights

Super easy. Requires two people (one to hold the tail light in, while the other tightens the bolts) to get the tail lights properly snugged since the foam fitting is brand new and not yet worn in.
