Is This Wishful Thinking?

Okay, so I am not going to purchase or order my 2008 BMW 128i until early August. My friend ordered a new 328i Sedan the brand new model year and got 1K over invoice and another who ordered a new 2008 X5 for about the same deal. I am really hoping I will be able to purchase a 128i Coupe for about 1K over invoice also. I am thinking this is quite a possibility because it seems like the 135i is getting all the attention and seems this is a common deal among BMW buyer (excluding you guys who have pre-ordered your 135i's). What do you guys think? Is this just wishful thinking or is this possible.

i think if you press enough now, they will knock some money off a 128
