Absolutely! Non-staggered is the way to go if you are serious about handling and not just looks. Getting rid of the understeer thats been documented in every write-up will be top priority for me. Same size wheels/tires F&R is the first step.

Hi Chriskurn and onehots2k,

Have you ever thought of crimson red apart from the white? if so any specific thoughts and decisions? I am up for white too but some of the crimson red bmw coupes incl the 1er have been awesome.

Thanks..!

this isnt exactly the best way to go about solving the understeer problem...a 200-300$ set of sway bars would a better and less $$ way of improving the cars handling without compromising the near perfect balance bmw worked so hard to achieve.

staggered is not just for looks....at the local auto x and the strip it will prove advantageous and improve handling x10 if done the right way...and if cost is an issue then maybe the 1 series is not the right car for you , because i have saved for a LONG time for this car

You know, we've seen so many reds that at this point I can barely tell them apart. I know that we've seen More Sedonas then Crimsons. At this point Red isnt even on my short list. My favorite are AW, LeMans Blue, Black, Sapphire. In that order too. But if you like the color go for it. Its your ca$h.
