300 dollar mod...

Just wondering what mod you all would spend if you had 300 bucks to blow.. (can be for looks or for performance)...

Just curious...

any thoughts?

If you want to blow $300 on you and your car I say spend it on a track day or a performance driving class.

from the sound of it you'll only have $300 for a while to use for modding. if thats true i wouldn't suggest doing anything. it'll leave you hungry for a meal you cant have in the near future and you'll start making stupid decisions. its sucks but it's the truth.

I would second the driving course. Best mod for your buck :P.

With all the performance in the world, it still means nothing without the skill to harness it.

i'd scrape up 60 dollars somehow and get a refurbished Valentine 1 (or scrape up 100 and get a new one) best money spent for sure. you can put all the mods on your car but if you get pulled over...game over

Nah thats not it...as a future xmas gift I was asked if I wanted anything for my car and I knew how much that person would probably spend. So I was just curious what anyone else would do if they basicallly could spend 300 for a mod... just out of curiosity..

I'll probably just end up suggesting a GC to somewhere(tirerack perhaps?) so when spring comes I can put it towards new rubber... but I wasn't sure yet..

H&R front sway bar ($235 for flatter cornering/turns), GP Thunder 7000 ($20 for cosmetics), and BMW rubber front mats ($45).

$300 set of used Michelin PS2 or Pirelli PZero tires (if you like performance driving or want to try a few track days each year).

Heat rejecting tint (like Huper Optik or Formula One ceramic) and 3M / Xpel / VentureShield clear bra when you have more $$ (to protect your car).

Rubber floor mats for winter, sun shades are nice if you don't have tinted windows. M-door sills.
