matte vs. gloss kidney grill... which matches shadowline trim best?
Im debating between the glossy black kidney grills offered by BMW or an aftermarket matte black grill. Which one do you think will complement the shadowline trim I have best? I'm wondering if having a glossy trim with matte grills will look funny or not (especially on a black car)
thanks!

BMW Performance Gloss Grills match the shadowline trim the best, IMO I wouldn't get the matte grills unless I didn't have shadowline trim and wrapped it with matte vinyl.

Is the one from "Leather z" the same part from BMW Performance or it's aftermarket?

dont use duplicolor on the chrome grills... ive done it and every time it has chipped
if you want to spray it with something use PLASTI DIP spray.. its rubberized and doesnt chip at all otherwise do like i did and vinyl it |

I have the BMW grills and I like them. But that said, the rest of the black in front is matte, ie: lower bumper honeycomb, brake duct and oil cooler intakes. I think matte would look good too. But I would still go for the glossy. The eyelids that I just got are matte and they blend suprisingly well with the glossy grills.
