ppk 1 cost
Got a quote for a $227 install on ppk 1 from dealer. I'm able to get a price for parts and install of about $730 tax included. Anyone with experience have an opinion on that price?

BMW runs specials from time to time. I waited for a 25% discount from the dealer. I think I paid less that $750 installed.

PPK1 is $585 on BMWs website. That's before any discount.

The price for PPK1 varies a lot.
Peabody BMW (MA) had 3x N54 versions in stock and they decided to clear them out at $300 each, I managed to snag the last one. Then had it installed by a local dealer for 1-hr of labor (which is typically $200/hr in the Bay Area). So $500 all in... Karl.

or you can get it for free if you have the N55. I did this and it works perfectly.

Not too familiar with JB4 (only know what I've read here on the forum) but do you still get PPK's pops and crackles in engine overrun with JB4? That alone would be worth it for me, especially at the price you payed for PPK. Cool, if you do.
