Bumping this one. My dash has a pretty large bubble on it, and based on some internet-sleuthing around this site, it seems this is becoming a much more common problem.
Curious to hear, how many of you guys are also dealing with this issue? |

I've got the same issue as you. I posted in another thread similar to this a few months back. I could probably get my warranty to replace my dash, but I don't want to deal with the rattles and other nonsense that will likely follow.

Isn't that the truth..? I absolutely loathe taking my car to the dealer (which is why I refuse to let them lay a hand on my car except for warranty work). Once too often the car will come back with some other issue that they've created and it just isn't worth it.

The dealer is no longer replacing dashboards as willingly as they used to. I have an excellent third party warranty and I would likely have my independent mechanic do it. Regardless, I don't think it would be worth the struggle, hassle and potential for problems down the line.
