Here is a picture of the part I received with my new BMW Intake three months ago. I cannot find this part anywhere. Would love to swap this out. Options?

Did you get the Euro BMW Perf intake? That one comes with an oiled filter(which I swapped back to the dry non-performance Euro filter.

I ordered this part from the BMW USA site:

BMW Performance Air Intake 13720444749

The manual that came with the system all say US as well.

Not sure why I got the oil filter.

Do you know of a better dry filter replacement?

I'll point out that the Dinan Kit comes with an Air Filter already, so no need to purchase one. But what Mr. GTA said before is correct. This intake more likely net the most gains, though they won't be major.

Seeing as we can't install it properly on the 1er, that seems like a bit of a leap.
