Coding

Any one know what I need to code and how to code the turn signal bulbs to only be on when you hit your turn signal?

Yes, you need a cable that you should expect to cost about $100, it has an interface built-in. I got mine from onestopelectronics.com. You also need NCSExpert software. For battery changeouts, you also need INPA, I think.

You can buy your cable for 20$ also if you will use it for coding your car few times. It will be fine...

I've watched postings about less expensive cables but they always seemed to end in "doesn't work" or "doesn't work right". I'm not saying it can't be done, only that I have not seen somebody who ordered a "$20" cable post that they have successfully run NCSExpert and code a car.

The cable I purchased has an adapter to do at least a couple types of bimmers. That wasn't important to me, however, I just care if it will work with mine. There is a decent pdf talking about what sort of cable you want on the onestopelectronics site.
