Replace stock exhaust tips?

Has anyone replaced the stock exhaust tips with something like this?

Is it possible to do this on the stock exhaust on a 125/128i? I'm happy with the way my car sounds and do not want to replace the whole exhaust system, just thought it would be nice with different exhaust tips.

Yes - the stock tips will just slide out, so it should be easy to replace with something like these.
