Did I buy your Car - Mon Mouth U Student?

I took a chance and bought a 2010 135i from a salvage dealer. I know the vehicle was flooded during Superstorm Sandy, and that the previous owner was a student at Mon Mouth University due to a parking sticker for the school left on the window. I'm hoping to contact the previous owner of the car to find out if the window tint is 35% or higher and any other info about the car. I'm not trying to be weird (I took the risk buying a salvage car), but if the previous owner doesn't mind reaching out to me I would appreciate it.

Pics below of my new toy and the 135i in question. Been lots of fun so far and I've only had it for a week.

That tint is WAY darker than a 35%. Looks like a 15% if not less. Hope that helps.
