TPMS changes between 2010 and 2011?

I noticed on Tire rack that there are two different types depending on build month. However, they are both 433MHZ and everything appears to be exactly the same expect for the Manufacturer part. My question is, did they make a change to the physical part or did they just update the part number? I need to know before I buy a second hand set.
