Whether its real carbon fiber or a wrap, it would look sick. Especially if you get cf aero parts like the rear diffuser and splitters, kidney grilles, hood and trunk lids.

Mineo77 and I both did black vinyl, not CF vinyl. Gives the car a different depth perspective when you look at it, breaking up the solid paint color. Definitely sick!

Wrapping the fin may cause reception problems?? It would also be a PITA to wrap considering the shape.

i think the CF vinyl looks sick on the roof in the pic above... i also think it would look nice on the diffuser and mirrors but have have a hard time holding up to debris on the roads... im going to look into all of this.

I own a bodyshop...it's funny I found this thread. Im going to be painting my roof black on my aw 135i. I will post pics when done....and tell you guys what I did.

Yea... Oli had his car's roof painted by body shop. It really did not cost much more than a good wrap job. 400 euros I think. I know I got a quote of 330 euros to wrap my roof in 3M's DiNoc film. I got cold feet though.

Teufelhunde (cool name btw!) I hope you take lots of pics. I also enjoyed your post about the rear CF install tips.
