M3 Speed Cloth Seats in 128i
I bought some manual cloth seats for my 128i. They are heated and have the electronic lumbar support.
I am replacing manual non-sport heated seats and I am trying to figure out which adaptor harness to buy from BMW to get the lumbar support to work. Was thinking it was 61129131766 & 61129131758 But does not indicated that it would support heat or not. Has anyone else done this mod who can give me some direction. |

Cloth seats? Really?
Got any pics? I think I would've wanted cloth seats if they were available.

Sorry I am away from my house, when I get back I will get some pictures posted up.
They were not terribly hard to find, it took a about 3 months and a set came up on E90 post. The bad part is they are not light so shipping was virtually as much as the seats. Coming from England where almost every car comes with cloth as standard. I am not a fan of synthetic leather. So this seemed a good option. I don`t think most of the E90/E92 crowd are interested in them (they want full leather and electric) so they don`t fetch silly money either. Sitting on them in my living room I would recommend them over the base model seat I have. There is way more support. |
