The manual recommends AKI 91. Is this the minimum? Would 93 be better or no difference?

Yup, that's the minimum. 93 is better, and so on.

Our cars will actually adjust for the higher octane, more is better.

Just dont go to high or you will be wasting money and not taking any advantage of the higher octane (considering that the car is stock of course)

Just for a matter of interest, what Octant do you guys get straight from the pump?

US 93, then blend it with ~4.5 gallons of E85 for ~97 octane total.

94 here.

94 for normal/drag racing. 91 for long trips.
