What Will Your Next Car Be?

I must confess, I have only had my 135i for a short time. If it was stolen or totaled I don't know what I would get. My expected time frame for a new ride is about 3 years out, and who knows what will be available then.

However, some of you have expiring leases, or cars that are about to drop out of warranty. So, what are your plans?

Porsche 911 ...either a 2010-11 Turbo, or hold out to see what the 991 (the new 2012 facelift) looks like....oh, yeah, and a MANUAL transmission!

Porsche 911 C4S.

I always wanted a 2001 Carrera 4 ever since they came out.

I've since moved on and now want a newer model Carrera 4s. Love the 1er though. I'm planning to keep our Cayenne Turbo for the long run. It's too perfect.

I actually bought a 2011 cayman today. I kept the 2011 135 too. I drive 30k miles per year, and needed to break up my miles. I love them both. As we all know the 135 is faster, and even if I sprung for the cayman s, ... The 135 would still be faster.

In a few years I would like to have a 911, 911 turbo, or gt3, as well as a bimmer.

There is no other car that touches a 135 in the 35-45k price range. This was very apparent when I started looking for a second car.

Next gen M3 depending on what it turns out to be, 1M (next one), but as of right now i dont see any subtitutes for 135. I'll just keep it for a while...

Tough question, Audi S4/5 or M3 would be a future thought. Tesla roadster would be interesting if there is sufficient local support and service. I'll likely need 4 doors in the future so 3 series or S4 is the most likely.

Will be audi s4 v6sc or 335xi to replace the 1 as a daily.

Not sure what my fun car will be. Either going handling with cayman s or z06/zr1 for brute force power to replace the z4m.

This year we're doing the backyard makeover. Pool outdoor kitchen addition etc. So spending about 125k. Tightens the car budget up. But next year....

I'm keeping my 128 and lightly mod it. I have the race Camaro for the mod monster.

Next vehicle will be a Chevy 2500 pickup with a car trailer. Maybe a '34 Chevy hot rod in there somewhere.

I'm planning to keep my 135i a long time. After that, my next car will be another small BMW, or a Cayman S, or whatever Mazda comes up with.

The 135 is faster until they take a turn and the Cayman whips past it.

Your location is the Woodlands, is that the Woodlands subdivision around Flower Mound?

I'd like to get a E92 M3 or maybe a 997 911 of some flavor. I just love my 135 and the power that it puts out with the current mods I have is just ridiculous and can't be matched for the money.

I want to keep my car for a long time. I am looking for a 100% stock 97-98 Nissan 240sx 5-speed. I had a 98, but sold it. :-(
