LCI v Non LCI trim differences?

So i just started googling out of curiosity

Found a brief mention or door cards, glovebox, and possibly the dash being slightly different on later models?

Nothing seems different in images, no solid forum results

Can anyone shed some light?

Cheers

Not really pre/post lci but one change I know of is the seats. The really early models had smooth side strips, later (maybe a year or so?) they started using the same textured leather they had on the rest of the seat for the side bits.

LCI E82/88 had essentially zilch differences in the interior - I have both a pre LCI 08 135 and an LCI 2011 118d vert.

The pre MY09s had folding navigation screens and that's about it in terms of interior changes. In the pre MY09 cars, they had nappa leather strips in the side bolsters which were dropped in the > 09 cars for standard grained leather. I think the A/C system buttons are slightly different and they moved the heated seats button from the strip below the climate control into the climate control unit itself. The LCI i notice has a silver-trimmed light switch.

Exterior-wise, MY10s had bigger mirrors. < MY09s had silver-vision bulbs as standard.

looking at mine

and

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-1-SERI...-/251139668952

mine are solid rubber, smooth

these have a cloth like material in the middle part? i think mine actually look a bit nicer (not having seen it up close lol)

on looking at a few more pics - it doesn't neccessarily look more or less nice, just different. it breaks up th door a bit, but i think i like having a smoother look
