Looking for recommendations for a weekend drive. Any ideas for bendy roads with little or no cops?

Palisades parkway, virtually no cops OR potholes

In all seriousness theres always Bear Mountain, little far from the city but once you get up there in some of the twisties its pretty nice. As for cops you can never be too careful but its not as bad most roads in NJ or NY.
