Which is nothing, do you have any idea how much it costs to get Steve Angelo on stage? Or even tiesto? That money is nothing.

If these events did not sell food and drinks, they would go poor. They don't make money off tickets they make it off of alch and food.

Please tell me. Tiesto's concert at Carson City was only $25. His concerts at the Joint were only $40.

i wonder the same thing.. if kaskade is charging $200k a night, I'm sure SHM and Tiesto charge more, how the hell do these promoters afford it?

How much a dj charges usually has to do with the capacity of the venue. Im sure beyond is going to have a capacity of 45,000 like all other events at the NOS. So if average ticket price is like 65$ (not including VIP) thats $2,925,000 just in ticket sales. Insomniac has contracts with the NOS to do a certain amount of events a year so im sure they are getting the venue for pretty cheap. Same with all the djs, they sign them for like 2-3 events n get them cheaper and keep in mind how many large festivals Insomniac does a year all over the US, if djs want to be apart of them they are going to put there prices down. Also the NOS brings in their own catering for food and alcohol so im not sure how much Insomniac gets from that.

About 3 years ago the NOS was charging around 27k for 3 days which included insurance and everything. Basically a set up day.. show day... and tear down day. So even if the show cost Pasqual 2,500,000 to throw his still putting almost 500k if not more into his pocket.
