Question Brake feel when stopping quickly

Anyone else have seemingly variable brake pedal feel? I am not sure if this is a "feature" or what, but when I am decelerating and quickly hit the brakes they sometimes bite way more and way earlier than normal. The pedal is even stiffer in those moments. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this?

I think a lot of that variable feel comes from the brake nannies, and I curse at them all the time. EBC Red's helped a lot, but there's still some TC stuff happening that's mucks up the pedal feel.

This is the best primer I know of for the TC nannies, including the brakes.

Not sure if you want to disable some of them, but much like the clutch nannies you may prefer the system without BMW thinking for you...
