BMW perf stripes

I had the BMW perf stripes put on my car by the dealer before I bought it about 3 years ago. I noticed that the stripe on the left side is starting to change color, almost looks like it has rust colored spots on it. Anybody else have this problem and is there anything that can been done about it?

Are they orange dots ? Maybe those are elements from the atmosphere that have bonded itself onto the stripes. You can try using a claybar to rub them out. Can you provide pics ?

Yeah they kind of look like orange spots. I will try to post some pics.

Try a claybar. Meguiars sells a kit that's super safe and easy to use for novices
