TiAg 135i Coupe w/ BMW Performance Wheels
She's finally here! I love the car and really am enjoying being back in a RWD car w/ a manual trans.
I spent the day washing her... washed it early this morning and then drove through wine country here and some twisty backroads often frequented by bike, auto, moto, enthusiasts. When I got back home it was spackled with bugs so I washed her again (gently). I'll spare you guys the long review and my impressions, you know the car rocks! :headbang: ...on with the photos... Album here.

VERY nice, that color goes great with those rims. If you don't mind me asking, how much were the rims and from where? I was thinking of throwing them on my black saphire/lemon 135i when it gets here in two weeks, after all it will be my birthday then and what better present to buy yourself than a new set of bmw sport rims? I also read somewhere that the stock runflats fit on them, that would be sweet. Looks really good man, you've got cleaning skills cause that looks like a car in a commercial.

Sexy car man I love how that looks. I have mine on order and had them powder coated black with low gloss and it is going on my BSM 135i. Now that you put up your pictures the wait now is seriously killing me considering I am picking my baby up this Saturday the 24th. Congrats on the car man.

How does this car compare with the Audi TT
I really <3 TT's exterior and interior design. Looks so sporty. Does it drive as fast as it looks?

You ordered it with those wheels on it? Those are my fav out of the catalogue. How much and did they subtract credit for the stockers (I presume) you didn't get?

Thanks again for all the nice compliments folks! And yes, I guess I need to re-photoshop my signature picture to replace the CSL wheels with these ones. Best,

I had a stock 2.0T TT on a test drive over the weekend, and I have to say that I really like that car.
The interior is superb; extremely well put together and high quality materials. The engine's got enough power to be a bit naughty, without being anything OTT. Driving around 70-75mph on the motorway, deliberately being conservative, I managed to get 40mpg (UK) out of it, which seems pretty decent to me. In the UK, it's about £4-5k less than a 135i for a similarly specced car, so an ideal alternative for anyone who doesn't need the extra practicality of the 135i (back seats are genuinely useless in the TT), or doesn't want the massive performance. |

Thanks for the kind words... I agree, I think the wheels really compliment the color of the car. I was not the biggest fan of the stock 135 wheels so I made sure to order these a few weeks before my car was delivered so they would be on when I took delivery.
