Trunk light 1/2 way fell out

So I have been hearing this rattle in the rear and finally found it. The trunk light is loose and looks like it tried to fall out. Have not been able to figure out how to remove it without totally breaking it. Anybody have a tip and a diagram? And no it will not lock back up in place I just taped it up

Mine did the exact same thing. One of the two plastic clips holding the light assembly in was broken on mine. Dealer ordered a new light assembly and popped it into place, no problem. Mine was a warranty item.
