BOV release while on throttle

I bought a 2008 135i AT and it had an aftermarket BOV on it. When I really get on the throttle it it starts purging pressure and whistling, is this normal? Can I use a boost controller to regulate this?

What other mods do you have on the car? Did it throw any codes? My thinking is its just the sucking of the turbos being a lot louder now that you have an aftermarket chargepipe.

What kind of BOV? The issue won't be a need for a boost controller.

Might be the spring in the BOV.
