LSD / Driveshaft wrench
I'm planning on installing a LSD in my 135i and found that the install requires a special tool to disconnect the driveshaft.
The tool is basically a 50mm wrench. BMW wants over $600 for their tool. I found other tools for as low as $65. I did a little more searching and found that there is an 50mm wrench (crows foot) made for ATVs with 50mm axle nuts. (2006 Yamaha Banshee) It can be used with either a 3/8" or 1/2" breaker bar or torque wrenches. I found one on eBay for just $25+free shipping. I also found where you can buy them for $25. https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...xle-Nut-Wrench I've not dealt with this company before, but the price is great.

Nice find! But i'd buy at least two and stack them if possible. Those nuts can be very stiff. We heat up the nut to loosen the threadlock compound to make the tool last longer. So far after about 4 years of use the jaws are only just starting to open up a bit.

I just used that same Tusk wrench you have pictured and it worked just fine. Biggest issue was space around the driveshaft and to the ground on jack stands. Got mine for $20 shipped on Ebay.
