I have a 2008 128i convertible, with the N51 engine. Will this work for the N51 engine and if so, how would it compare with the N52 engine. Thanks.

We should be able to tune it. I called Active to verify and they said we could try, it should be similar to the 328i. Let me know.

Sounds promising.
How does the tune work? If it does not work, can the ECU be set/reset back to the factory settings? Also, I have about 42K miles on the car, and also have the extended warranty that comes with a CPO purchase. Would the tune pose any problems with normal service, or warranty problems? Thanks. |
