Does the 135i 261/18 inch wheel fit the 1M

Does anyone know or had any experience fitting the ( front ) OEM 135i M-Sport Style 261, 18 inch wheels to the 1M front.

Will it clear the brake caliper ?

Was looking for a spare wheel alternative.

Fitted with a 225/45/18 tyre, it has a 26 inch diameter which should work on the rear of the 1M which has a 26.3 inch diameter running the OEM 265/35/19.

you might want to provide the wheel specs for the OEM 135 wheel. What width and what is the offset?

Thanks.

with a 19 x 9 wheel on the front, of the 1M stock , I would just recommend halting right here. 1.5 inches narrower is a HUGE difference.

For grins, I put some 19 x 8 front and 19 x9.5 E46 M3 wheels on my car. They fit... but they looked really lame. Seriously narrow front track. I suppose some monster 20-25 mm spacers could have helped.. but with skinny tires on it up front as well.. it just made the entire looks of the car bad. I drove it to the corner inspection station to get it to pass inspection and happily swapped my stock
wheels on when I got back.

I really only want the 135i wheel as a emergency spare..
Beats the hell out of a space saver dounut.

Fitted with a 225 tyre, has to be safer alternative.

Thanks.
