Question about 17" wheels on 135i M-sport
I have tried researching and just keep getting confused. Do 17" wheels clear the factory BBK? What would be the ideal size and offset of wheels and tire size in order to make this work on factory suspension? it does not need to be a square setup.
Reason for wanting 17" wheels, roads really suck where I live and I like the look of more tire and less wheel.

As far as I know the APEXs clear, but the offset sucks.

There are a lot of 17" wheels that will fit on the 135i. The ideal offset depends on the tires you want to fit. Generally 17x8.0" wheels with offset around ET40 to ET45 will work front and rear. That allows most typical road tires in 225/45/17 and 245/40/17 staggered fitment. If you want to fit sports or competition 255 rear tires without fender mods, it becomes a problem because there aren't many suitable wheels.
