Title says it all. I plan to go. Its $20 for all day drag racing (till afternoon):
May 1, 2010 Street Legal Drags Gates open Saturday at 6 AM for stacking – Ticketing / Tech open at 6:30AM Racing begins at 9AM Prices are: Car/Driver: $20 Spectator: $10 |

where and how do you find this info out? I'm interested in going, but probably not this time cause I'll be at the padres game FRI for Brew Fest.

When do the gates close? I'm heading to Irwindale drag strip on thursday.. Is this 1/4 mile or 1/8?

well they stop racing in the early afternoon (3ish or so)...but itll start to get hot by then. It's a full quarter mile.

Still TBD, but plan on arriving at 6AM. Going to meet in El Monte if you want to meet up - I'll let you know the time soon.
