Opinion on a 2011 135i Deal
New to this forum, but active on E46. I'm looking at getting into a 135i and have found a 2011 CPO 135i with 18,000 on the clock and warranty through 2017 for 35,500. Equiped with M Sport and Premium - not much else really.
Although I do not think it is the best deal, 135 coupes are tough to come by in good shape. Any recent experiences out there? |

Switched from e46 as well.. Never looked back.
That sounds about right. After owning one for a while the options i find necessary are -Manual transmission -Adaptive xenons -Comfort access -Preferably two tone interior. -- and obviously sport suspension, m sport etc. don't let your money burn a hole in your pocket. personally i would prefer paying closer to 30 for a few more miles. let's face it 18k miles is still baby territory. to give you a comparison i found mine with 26k miles for $27k, still under warranty, factory mint condition all around. couldnt be happier. put that extra $8k in a fidelity account and have 15k in a few years. and have the exact same car lol. But everybody's financials differ obviously so hard to say. also... terracotta is a major plus. if you can find it do ittttttttt. ;prob the only thing i would change about mine, (mine is all black interior)

Probably an OK price, but you might be able to negotiate them down some. If the car does not have DCT, it is worth about $1k less. Look at the tire wear carefully because a set of run flats is $1600.

ok price . usually u can negtotiate it down but since i see your in FL it might be alil bit hard. try see other dealers for similar car to see the market price.. but i think 33.5K ~ 34K will be great..
if they refused try plan B, on my new car i did negotiate free labor hours to install BMW performance parts that was worth $600~$1000. u said warranty until 2017, right? is it CPO? check the paper work and make sure if it is full warranty on everything not just labor.

Wow these cars are really be holding their value. That $35,500 is pretty close to the $36,600 I paid new for my 2011 135 with M-sport, HK sound, heated seats, and leather. You can probably find a better deal...

I, too, am scratching my head about these cars. In a nutshell, there are very few available on the market (especially coupes in the southeast).
The car I've found is Montego on Black. Also found a White on Terra, but without the additional CPO warranty and high on mileage. Dealer is holding firm based on needing to put tires on the car and the lack of being able to get the cars. |

Decent price. Condition would be the decider at that price. The extended warranty is worth about $3000 retail, so no bad at all.
I got a 2011 vert pretty loaded up with 9K miles for $36K, but didn't have the extended warranty....... Last edited by eaglemike; 06-20-2012 at 08:15 PM.. Reason: typo |
