2008 EVO X with mods looking for a trade... Info inside...

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Hey guys, I have a 2008 EVO X with 7800 miles on it. Its Graphite Grey and has 8000 miles. I spent just over 8k in mods. I got the car in the end of feb/early march. Every mod is therefore less then 8 months old. I'd like to see if anyone is interested in trading for a 135i or 335i 07-08. I'd consider other trades worth a similar amount. I owe 38k on the car so I'm looking for someone to trade who is looking to sell their car for something around that. If you want to throw me an offer.

mercuryevo@yahoo.com

Car specs:

welcome to the board and good luck.

i would suggest some interior shots just to show its in good condition. i don't think you're going to have a hard time finding a buyer with that beauty!

Basically heres my situation.
I'm engaged and recently had a baby. We have a house as well and because I'm impulsive, I buried myself in car payments. My fiance' is into cars as well so she didnt argue much but now we're too deep. We have an 07 ltd v8 4 runner lease thats 702$ a month, the evo x thats financed at 706$ a month and a 2006 TSX thats financed at 472$ a month. For anyone not feeling in the math mood, thats 1880$ a month in car payments. YEA, Nuts right? So we want to cut back to 2 cars. Problem is i'm 3k over (mileage) on my lease for the truck AND it doesnt get the best MPG being a V8. My Fiance' was driving 100 miles a day (hence the 4cyl 33mpg TSX) But now shes working closer so we dont need something THAT great on gas. We're looking to get rid of the TSX and EVOX and get 1 pretty nice car that she can use to go to work and we can still take out on the weekends and so on. Whether thats an is350, g37, 335i, 135i, corvette, CTS, C class, whatever. We really want to cut back down to 2 cars. yea I could just sell the TSX but she cant drive the evo comfortably being 4' 10". And she would prefer more of a luxury car that was sporty then a sporty car that had some luxuries. If things go as planned, i'll be taking a new job soon that I will be taking the train to get to, so I'll be driving all of 5 miles a day (hence the 4 runner). Sorry for the long explanation. I guess keeping it short... My Fiance' cant easily drive the X and we want to get back down to 2 cars, so we're getting rid of the TSX and the X to get 1 nice car. I'm working on both at the same time.

GSR + SSS package is like $35,800 plus TTL. Maybe he was negative equity or rolled in the sales tax? That's new car pricing either way.

I'd suggest parting it out back to stock and lowering the price.

bingo, tax here is 8.625% so total financed came to just over 40k with the fees and such.

Part it out. Sell the mods. Then sell the car the car. Best of luck with the sale.
