Quick shots of the new car
Took delivery in the pouring rain on Saturday, but brought the car to Phil at Detailer's Domain yesterday for a wash/clay/polish/seal.

Looks fantastic. Interesting how they keep on switching between Dunlops/Bridgestones randomly.

That color is the hotness! However you still have the dots on the tires from shipping...

Mine also looks like that but I have the Gray Boston interior. I LOVE the Le Mans blue and the M Sport wheels. Are you on the Grand Dahlia also Brahmzy? I can't wait to get my car, but looks like it's a few more weeks

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm really happy with the color and the options I've gotten. Phil at Detailer's Domain was great, knew his stuff up and down, and did an amazing job on the car.
Of course, on the way home, an acorn fell from a tree and nicked my windshield. Then there was an open fire hydrant that created a (very shallow) river across the road on my way home, but the car still looks great. |

If ya ever want to drive a safe vehicle, those Pathfinders are a good option. They crumple correctly and the bags work well. That said, it'll be fun to get back into a quick car again. Had to give up a heavily modded '05 STi a while back and haven't been the same since. Once I test drove the 135i a few weeks ago, I got that feeling of excitement again. And I have test-driven like 50+ different vehicles in the past few weeks. Once I pulled the 135 out of the dealer, I KNEW it was the one. Up at 6,200 feet, if it doesn't have a turbo, or blower, it goes nowhere. 370Z's feel like Civics up here. Kinda limits my options. |
