Review in The Motor Report

I found this recent review.

http://www.themotorreport.com.au/531...ort-dct-review

Wondering is the car pictured Vermillion Red? And what are those brakes? Certainly not the standard 135i rotors or calipers.

Yes, thats definitely a Vermillion Red 135i decked out with BMW Performance goodies. The car looks fantastic - its probably one of the few that exists in that colour.

Im pretty sure the brake callipers are standard, the lighting makes it look brighter. However it does have OEM BMW Performance rotors.

What he said. Definitely Standard Callipers and Performance Rotors... And 313 Wheels too!

Also has the Performance Aero Kit and OEM CF Splitters and Mirror Caps... And the seats and steering wheel... And tii Stripes...

Looks like a 2012 with the LCI lights... Surprised it doesn't have the CF interior... Also surprised the owner isn't around here somewhere...

Very nice...

Disgustingly dirty though. They could have cleaned it before the photo-shoot...

...and if someone spilled Coke on my iDrive controller I'd be in jail...

How about Coffee? less sticky and smells better. If im not mistaken... ive seen this car on caradvice along time ago when they reviewed a 135i against a 1M and back then it had the dodgy "Tii" stripes.

This car is pretty similar to what I wanted to achieve when I had my 135i in terms of appearance......(minus the bodykit and seats!)

Zuzu, how does it compare to Sedona? i assume its slightly darker? I can understand why BMW dropped Sedona Red from the line-up for cost cutting but its a shame cause it was gorgeous.

Nothing like Sedona what's so ever. More like a claret burgundy metallic.

Maybe its slightly more "grown up" and feminine now..... Sedona used to ooze sexiness.
