Shope reccomendation for spring install in Broward?

I have a 1M and am looking to get H&R springs installed and an alignment. All of the quotes I am getting seem very high, I am being quoted in the $450 range for the install and then $100 for alignment. I think that it should be closer to $300 for the install, anybody have a shop they recommend for this? I live in Ft. Lauderdale and work in Davie.
