Autocross and play more golf this year

3. I will convince myself that driving is actually a "workout" so I need to drive to get into shape.

Years ago, I made a resolution NOT to make any more. Have been pretty good about it. But this year I have to break.
1) Not hide behind my hearing problem and actually respond when I hear my family call me.
2) Count to 10 before yelling
3) Wash my pink shirt and put it back into circulation

I think freshman 15 is not only due to the excessive late-night carbo loading (drinking beer), but also because at around 18, the body's metabolism starts slowing down.

A lot of folks who "grew fast" in the high school years get sort of chunky in the early years of college, whereas the skinny waifs tend to fill out nicely.

Of course, this does not apply to everyone - just a general observation.

Hmm - maybe one of my business ideas should be selling pink and purple shirts... nevermind - retail's a tough business
