135i SGM/M-Sport
I know there was some demand for photos where it wasn't waxed like crazy or anything. Here's a few shots where I washed it with just a pressure washer. I'm also getting to learn a new lens.. (1.8f prime)

A reflection, believe it or not. There's trees all around that are shedding thin patches of light downwards. SGM is notorious for ambient reflections.

Nice pics of a clean car! The Rebel XT and the 50mm f1.8 are a great combo. It says you took the pic at 8:45pm this evening though?! I didn't realize exif info takes time zones into account?! (your camera might be set for the wrong time tho)

Great looking car and nicely done with the photos! I was going to buy SGM but once I saw the Montego blue, I was hooked. Lots of luck to you...

@larryn: yeah looks like the time is wrong. These pics were taken closer to 7pm or so. A friend got me the prime lens for my birthday. It's not the easiest to use so far but I'm finding it is an incredibly powerful lens. Capable of some very dramatic shots. I have no use for my stock 17-55mm anymore. Might pick up the 17-85IS for traveling though.
@ aedeau: it's m-sport, it's just an illusion. It's the wheel gap that is deceptive.. it's more obvious in good light.

These are some of the cleanest pics I've seen. (And the color is cool too.)

I got the same color, and the thing has many, many color changes with the light. Very happy with the SGM. Out to wash and wax mine right now. Brake dust blues!!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait to be able to take pics of mine (~October-November). My brother in-law does digital photography for web sites and I'll get him to help me scout out a nice spot in NYC for some shots. Lighting is critical, especially for SMG.
