Charge pipe, worth it?

I already have a Cobb tuner and I also have cobb catted DP, VRSF intercooler and Berk mid and axle back exhaust waiting to get installed. I was thinking about putting the charge pipe on my list. Not sure its worth the investment or not as well as a BOV.

Can anyone tell me the details on this upgrade and if a BOV is worth it or not?

This is what I'm thinking about http://www.n54tuning.com/index.php?_...&productId=151

The stock charge pipe is prone to failing under increased boost.

I have an n55 so can't comment on the bov but i went with the ER charge pipe. Very quality piece.

Get vrsf charge pipe for sure. The oem charge pipes fail under stock boost. I went with the vrsf and tial bov and couldn't be happier

VRSF Charge pipe is a great piece! Your pipe will blow its a matter of time. My friend blew his with just his Cobb tune. Its a great little upgrade that should be done when you do your intakes. You'll notice a boost in throttle response and some increased noise from turbos spooling more freely.

Stock charge pipe is plastic and will fail sooner or later.
Once it does, you will have to wait couple days/week to get an aftermarket one delivered before you can drive your car again.
I recommend you go ahead and get an aftermarket one before this happens.
ER and VRSF have 2 of the most popular CP
