She's a beauty. Those "random" pictures are very nice. Can't wait for mine to be here. The ship should be docking on around 6/20... hopefully take delivery end of the month or early July.

Surname, I actually stayed a night in Medford, OR, last night!! Loved the drive through Oregon, especially the mountain pass into California. It it the first time I have to drive from Seattle all the way to San Diego, I wish I could have break the 1 on the trip.... but it is not here yet.

Picked up my AW vert a week ago last Friday, then this past Fri. took a round trip to Dunsmuir/Mt. Shasta to see a buddy...amazing trip, now have 800+ miles on it - almost broken in! Yesterday's weather was so amazing I drove the entire way to Portland with the top down. Extremely solid and comfy ride with the Volks and PS2's. Top speed: an unintentional 86 mph...incredible freeway torque. Here are some post delivery and trip pics:

My 1er is on the Princess VII right now in the open Atlantic. It is scheduled to hit Port Hueneme on 7/7 and should be at the dealer by 7/15.

I will not be able to pick her up until that Saturday. If any Portland area 1ers want to meet up that weekend let me know. I am always game for a meet and a beer:w00t:

I am on the same ship. This has been a very though wait from all of the fun driving it on the Autobahn, I can't wait until I get to drive it every day.

If you go on a weekend I will be up for a drive there too. Actually I have already planned on driving up to Leavenworth for the weekend when I get my 1er. We could make it a little meet:headbang:

I will more then likely be doing my drive to Leavenworth the first or second weekend in August if not earlier. I don't get my 1er until July 19th though

so it will be after that obviously.
