Plastic badge mounting

Sorry but I started this new thread as I felt no one would revisit my old one.

I went to pick up the 3M-08001-yellow at O'Reilly's and found this product. I was wondering if anyone has tried it and what their opinion was?

3M AUTO / Advanced
PLACTIC EMBLEM AND TRIM ADHESIVE 03601

A warning is "This adhesive contains solvents that will attack or damage some automotive surfaces, including some paints. Before using, apply on a small hidden area of the same panel to test for possible damage. Wait 12 hours to confirm that surface is undamaged before proceeding."

All comments are welcome.

I wouldn't risk it. Unless you feel comfortable risking your paint in a hidden area to find out. Even then it's still a risk having it on your paint for a long period of time.
