19 inc beyern wheel problem

iv recently purchased a second hand pair of 19 inch beyern mesh wheels for my 1series. the offset of the rear wheels are 9.5x19. et 45. the tyre size is 265.30.19 and are catching on the inner lip of the arch. if i changed to a 255.30.19 would this solve the problem. thankyou

Nope.. unless you go 255/30/19 with a rounder side walled tire like the T1R, Falken or even Yokohama but still might rub a bit.. i have the same rims and the 255/30/19 config but my tires are more squared and i rolled.. with a -1.5 camber at the rears.

hi there pal. with 255.30.19 tyres on with the standard setup do they rub much? i really like the wheels make the car look sick but think i may have to sell them.

That's a common rear size that a bunch of us squeezed onto our cars. On the stock suspension most 245/35 or 255/30's will only rub occasionally or with weight in the car. If you lower you'll have to really be careful with tire brands and probably still have to roll your fenders and you might still need to add a little camber.

I'd recommend 255/30/19 Toyo T1r's. They don't look too stretched and rub about as little as anything you'll find. Second choice would be a Falken, third maybe a Nexxen.

iv purchased some part worn 255-30-19 bridgstones and they seem to be fine bar got a punture in the one, just my luck. having a puncture would this make the tire warning light appear on the dash or is it because iv changed the tyres.

If your tpms is not functioning correctly or if your tire pressure is too low you'll get the warning light.
